First of all, we sincerely apologize to all of you for the changes to the Custom mode that have led some players to feel their rights were compromised. We understand that you may feel upset and confused, and we are sorry that we failed to inform and explain the situation in advance. Now, we will explain why we made the decision to open the Custom mode to all players:

With the release of the new patch (V.1.016, August 23), we have introduced the "Casual Mode," a new game mode that has been eagerly awaited by our community (Yes! We listened to your suggestions and brought them to life!). Alongside the Ranked mode, the "Casual Mode" is designed to provide players with a stress-free environment, where every match can be enjoyed without the worry of rankings or losing points. However, due to the similarity in room creation systems between the "Casual Mode" and the existing Custom mode, certain adjustments were necessary to the current matchmaking system. As a result, we've made the Custom mode accessible to all players, a crucial step towards hosting the complete Casual mode experience.

This marks the initial phase in realizing the full potential of the Casual mode. Moreover, we are pleased to announce that an enhanced version of the Casual mode is in the works and is expected to be released in this Q4. This updated version will allow players to effortlessly and swiftly join matches, further enhancing the overall gaming experience.

For those who have purchased the premium or ultimate versions of the game, we want to express our gratitude by offering an additional gesture of goodwill. In addition to the exclusive features initially promised for the enhanced version of the Custom mode (including access to new exclusive arenas and early exposure to upcoming game modes), we are pleased to provide you with an extra reward in the form of "colored hero skins" for all heroes released before September 2023.
